Your Impact
  • Develop and operate advanced AI-driven and agentic automation solutions to streamline Release impact analysis, Case deflection, Salesforce Org health, Code quality, Security and compliance reporting, thereby enhancing platform productivity, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical leadership on platform architecture decisions and roadmap future solutions.
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Provide technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, CI/CD implementation, Data Mask, Backup & Restore.
  • Embed engineering excellence practices — code review, continuous integration, automated testing, monitoring, and AI-assisted automations — into every release cycle.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory requirements across the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure the Salesforce solution performs as expected.
  • Know the latest with new Salesforce features and functionalities and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Platform Admin/Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
  • Experience in Salesforce technologies (Apex, LWC, Lightning Component Framework, SOQL) and configuration (workflows, validation rules, process builders, flows) and platform APIs (Metadata, Tooling, Enterprise, Bulk).
  • Experience with Salesforce CI/CD/Copado pipeline configuration, Git branching/merging strategies, and release management including metadata and data migrations.
  • Strong grasp of identity & access management: OAuth 2.0, SAML, SCIM, principle of least privilege.
  • Experience governing multi-org or multi-cloud Salesforce estates (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
  • Experience with AI development tooling.
  • Integration of Salesforce with external systems and cloud platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications: Platform Administrator, Platform Administrator II, Platform Developer II, Application Architect, Agent force Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant. Copado Fundamentals I & II certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Solve complex technical problems and manage numerous projects independently, collaborating with teams and partners to achieve operational excellence.

Skills Required
