Your Impact
As a Software Engineer, you will serve as the critical architect bridging the gap between advanced AI/ML development and mission-critical IT Operations. You will be responsible for engineering and optimizing intelligent solutions that automate complex IT workflows, mitigate operational risk, and enable precise, automated root cause analysis. By operationalizing machine learning at scale, you will transform IT environments—reducing manual overhead, sharpening diagnostic accuracy, and accelerating operational velocity to ensure the uncompromising reliability and scalability of our global applications.
What You’ll Do
· Architect & Innovate: Design, deploy, and maintain high-performance machine learning pipelines tailored to support mission-critical AI Technologies initiatives.
· Automate & Optimize: Drive operational efficiency by automating routine tasks and building robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment workflows.
· Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Infrastructure/Operations teams to integrate AI-driven intelligence into existing IT ecosystems seamlessly.
· Analyze & Interpret: Evaluate complex network performance data to uncover actionable trends, detect anomalies, and identify strategic opportunities for system optimization.
· Ensure System Reliability: Develop and manage proactive monitoring and alerting frameworks to maintain peak system health.
· Resolve & Refine: Troubleshoot and remediate complex issues within AI Technologies environments, ranging from configuration challenges to systemic service disruptions.
· Measure Success: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to quantify the business impact and efficacy of AI Technologies implementations.
· Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously explore emerging advancements in AI and machine learning, applying cutting-edge technologies to drive perpetual improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
· Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) and modern automation frameworks.
· Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
· Solid foundational knowledge of machine learning concepts and their practical application in real-world systems.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a demonstrated ability to identify trends in complex datasets.
· Solid experience with Agile development process and ways of working – Jira, Github, Source Control Management.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in diverse, cross-functional technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
· AI Systems & Infrastructure: Direct experience with AI Technologies platforms and network assurance solutions, complemented by hands-on proficiency in cloud-based AI infrastructure, specifically AWS, Amazon Bedrock, and Azure OpenAI.
· Cloud-Native & Deployment: Demonstrated familiarity with cloud-native technologies and container orchestration, including Kubernetes and Docker, alongside proven experience in the end-to-end design and deployment of scalable machine learning models in production environments.
· Technical Expertise: Comprehensive experience with AI-native development tools and intelligent agent architecture, including LangChain, LangSmith, GraphQL, FastAPI, MuleSoft Agent Broker, and related LLM orchestration and API integration technologies.
