Your Impact
- Full-Stack Ownership: Lead the development of end-to-end features, from intuitive front-end interfaces to robust back-end services and database schema design.
- Operational Excellence: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies to ensure high availability and platform reliability.

Minimum Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a deep understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js) and back-end runtimes (e.g., Node.js, Python/FastAPI, or Go, Java).
- Data Management: Strong proficiency in relational databases (Mongo, PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with caching strategies (Redis).
- Infrastructure & DevOps: Practical experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Security Mindset: Demonstrated experience addressing security gaps, managing dependencies, and working with security scanning tools.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex performance bottlenecks and system-level issues in production environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
