Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, deep technical expertise in the aspects of solution design and application development for the business environments. Focus on delivery of our technical roadmap with latest technologies and maintaining our in-house field force automation solution, RetailAIM.
Ensure solutions are well designed with maintainability / ease of integration and testing across multiple mobile platform. Possess strong proficiency in development and testing practices common to the industry.
Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the entire software development lifecycle (concept, design test, release, and support).
- Produce fully functional web applications writting clean, well-documented code.
- Write unit and UI test to identify malfunctions.
- Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.
- Good verbal and written communication skill.
- Collaborative and team oriented.
Academic Qualification(s):
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject and / or equivalent formal training or work experience.
Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):
- A minimum of 2 years of Web Development in a production capacity.
- Ensure the design is robust, extensible, and resuable.
- Experience in C#, .NET, CSS, and HTML.
- Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in SQL, Git, DevOps, and Azure cloud environment.
- Knowledge of MS Powder BI and Power Automate.
- Desire and willingness to work on new skills and technologies.
- Self-motivated; able to work within an agile, team environment.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of web development in a production capacity
- Experience with C# and .NET
- Experience with HTML and CSS
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Git and DevOps practices
- Experience working in an Azure cloud environment
