Job DescriptionThe DevSecOps and Software Design Engineer is responsible for designing, building, securing, and optimizing enterprise software solutions and delivery platforms. The role combines software engineering, software architecture, cloud engineering, and DevSecOps practices to ensure scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performing applications. He/she will drive modern software delivery through automation, CI/CD, cloud-native technologies, and secure-by-design principles while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver business value.
Technical Delivery
- Design and develop secure, scalable, and resilient software solutions and application architectures.
- Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, microservices, and API-led architectures.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery and improve quality.
- Define and enforce engineering standards, architecture principles, and best practices.
DevSecOps & Platform Engineering
- Champion DevSecOps practices through automation, security integration, and continuous improvement.
- Integrate application monitoring, logging, observability, and operational resilience capabilities.
- Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Partner with development, security, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver technology solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and practices that enhance engineering efficiency and software quality.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification can be an added advantage.

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in software engineering and DevOps, including at least 3 years in a senior technical role.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications and platforms.
