About the role
We're looking for a mid-level Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team, building and maintaining product features across a .NET backend and React frontend. You'll work on real production systems end-to-end — from API design through to the UI users interact with — collaborating closely with product, design, and other engineers.
This role suits someone who's comfortable owning a feature from database to browser, enjoys working across the stack rather than specializing narrowly, and is looking to grow into more senior technical ownership.
What you'll do:
- Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET / C#
- Build responsive, accessible user interfaces using React
- Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code across both layers of the stack
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team engineering standards
- Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into working software
- Debug and resolve issues across the full stack, from database queries to UI rendering
- Contribute to technical design discussions and help evaluate tradeoffs
- Write and maintain automated tests (unit, integration) to support confident, frequent releases
What you'll bring
- 2–4 years of professional software development experience
- Solid experience building backend services with .NET / C# (ASP.NET Core preferred)
- Solid experience building frontend applications with React (hooks, component architecture, state management)
- Working knowledge of relational databases and writing efficient SQL queries
- Comfortable consuming and designing RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows (PRs, code review)
- Understanding of software testing practices (unit testing, integration testing)
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative, cross-functional team
- A pragmatic, ownership-driven approach to solving problems
