Manage onboarding and adoption for LEAP legal software, deliver onsite and remote training, build customer relationships, monitor health metrics, resolve issues, promote product adoption, support renewals, and represent LEAP at events and webinars.

Manage and execute marketing activities including in-person and virtual events, webinars, campaigns, social media, email marketing, website updates, and customer communications. Coordinate suppliers and agencies, create campaign assets, monitor performance, and support lead generation and reporting to grow brand presence and engagement.

Sell LEAP SaaS legal practice management software to meet revenue quotas. Manage territory strategy and pipeline, perform demos/webinars, prospect, negotiate deals, use Salesforce and sales tools, collaborate with BDRs, provide forecasting, and engage in ongoing training and coaching.

Guide law firms through onboarding, training, and long-term adoption of LEAP's AI features. Deliver trainings, drive product usage, build client relationships, gather feedback for product teams, monitor engagement, and support growth initiatives.

The Wills & Estates Content Lead uses legal expertise to enhance LEAP's software features for estate practitioners, collaborating with teams, conducting research, and driving content innovation.

Design end-to-end user experiences and interfaces for legal practice management software. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished UI designs, collaborate with PMs and engineers, run user research/testing, contribute to the design system, and own features from discovery to delivery.

Write clear, accessible product content for LEAP's legal SaaS across web, desktop and mobile. Collaborate with designers, PMs and engineers to simplify complex legal and technical information, support usability testing, maintain content standards and contribute to the design system and AI-assisted experiences.

Develop web applications, write efficient code, design scalable solutions, manage workloads, mentor developers, and ensure software reliability.

Join the LEAP Dev team to build and maintain Tauri (Rust) layers for desktop applications, integrate with Angular, optimize performance, and mentor peers.
