Serve as the primary LEAP contact for SME clients through software implementations: manage expectations, data transition, consultant relationships, risk, project pipeline, installations, data sign-off, and handover to Client Success while evaluating improvements.

Own a book of B2B SaaS clients to minimize churn and drive renewals, expansion, and upsell. Negotiate commercial terms, understand client needs, demonstrate product value, collaborate with internal teams, log activity in Salesforce, attend events, and meet individual and team targets.

Provide high-volume customer support for LEAP software via calls, emails and chats; troubleshoot and resolve application, software and hardware issues; meet daily KPIs; log detailed case notes in Salesforce Service Cloud using standard templates.

Guide law firms through onboarding, training, and long-term adoption of LEAP's AI features. Deliver trainings, drive product usage, build client relationships, gather feedback for product teams, monitor engagement, and support growth initiatives.

The Wills & Estates Content Lead uses legal expertise to enhance LEAP's software features for estate practitioners, collaborating with teams, conducting research, and driving content innovation.

Hybrid full-stack role building web applications and legal content for criminal law practice management. Develop frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend services (Node.js/servers), APIs, authentication, document automation (forms, precedents, matter types), Word add-ins and Definable Table Apps using the Galaxy Design System. Collaborate with product owners, in-house criminal lawyers and content teams; apply TDD, CI/CD, and cloud (AWS) practices to design, test, deploy, scale, and maintain software.

Perform high-volume outbound outreach to law firms, generate qualified leads, schedule meetings, build relationships via social media, meet weekly/monthly KPIs, and contribute to team sales goals in a hybrid Toronto role.
