Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces for web, iOS, and Android across devices including phones, tablets, and desktops.

  • Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into elegant design solutions.

  • Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma (or equivalent).

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure implementation aligns with design intent.

  • Develop and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency across products.

  • Design data-rich dashboards and workflows that simplify complex information and improve usability.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback cycles to validate design solutions.

  • Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices.

  • Follow Agile or Lean methodologies to deliver software efficiently and effectively.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful (Required Skills):

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in UX design and front-end development.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design for multiple platforms and form factors (web, iOS, Android).

  • Proficiency in Figma or similar tools for wireframing, mockups, and clickable prototyping.

  • Demonstrated ability to design data-driven dashboards and workflows that communicate complex concepts simply.

  • Solid understanding of UX principles, design systems, responsive design, and visual hierarchy.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.

  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks and UI/UX best practices.

  • Exposure to cloud security best practices in AWS.

Education/ Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
