As an SDET, you will be designing and developing automated test frameworks that help guarantee the quality of our software. You will be working on tools and infrastructure challenges which contribute to the delivery of key features of the Product roadmaps. As a member of a cross functional development team, you will be building and testing new features, ensuring scalability and availability of the entire platform and delivering high quality code.

We also have a strong focus on Continuous Delivery with a DevOps mindset which will also give you an opportunity to work and leverage technologies such Jenkins, Ansible, AWS and Docker. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Senior SDET- QA and DevOps engineers in order to expand existing test automation solutions and create new ones.
• Write automated functional acceptance tests at the API and UI level
• Exploratory Testing to ensure functional and usability integrity.
• Performance/Load Testing to ensure product meet scalability needs.
• Contribute as a delivery team member through an Agile Scrum methodology representing QA concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
• 2 years+ of experience in a similar SDET/ QA Automation role.
• Experience developing automation in at least one of the following OO languages – Java/C#, Python, JavaScript.
• Experience working with API or UI automation frameworks
• Experience working within Agile software development frameworks.
• You have a DevOps mindset and champion Continuous Delivery best practices.
• You are curious, self-driven, and ask the right questions.

Desirable Skills:

• Experienced with API test automation frameworks such as Requests or REST Assured.
• Experience with Javascript/Protractor based UI test frameworks.
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Delivery systems such as Jenkins or similar.
• Experienced with web applications and microservices.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services.
• Knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
