Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications using C, C++, Javascript, Java and Python.
- Design and implement database solutions using SQL and MySQL.
- Manage and deploy applications on cloud platforms such as GCP and AWS.
- Utilize Cloud SQL and BigQuery for data management and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Impact You'll Make:
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Linux operating systems.
- Strong programming skills in C, C++, Javascript, Java, nodeJS and Python.
- Experience with SQL and MySQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Knowledge of Cloud SQL and BigQuery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in C and C++.
- Knowledge of SIP protocol and Session Border Controllers (SBC).
- Experience with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms like Amazon Connect, Genesys, and NICE inContact
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Proficiency with IDEs such as IntelliJ IDEA and Visual Studio Code.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools like JIRA, Harness, Git, and Confluence.
