What you’ll do
Equifax is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to spearhead innovative batch and data product development using Java and Google Cloud Platform. This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead cutting-edge projects, mentor a team of developers, and drive the implementation of high-impact data solutions. As a key player in Equifax's technology team, you'll leverage your expertise to shape the future of data engineering while working with the latest cloud and AI technologies. The position combines technical expertise with leadership skills to drive the development and deployment of advanced batch and data products.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of innovative batch and data products

Provide technical direction for Java and GCP implementations

Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

Implement rigorous testing strategies and optimize performance

Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with standards
What experience you need
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Proficiency in Java and its ecosystems

Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform, including GKE, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, BigQuery

Minimum of 8 years in software development, focusing on batch processing and data solutions

Exceptional communication and teamwork skills

Experience with securely handling sensitive data (PII / PHI)

Proven track record of writing defect-free code

At least 3 years in a leadership role
