Software Engineer (Summer Intern)

Salary: 30,000 dkk / month

Summer intern - start date: ASAP and until end of summer.

Location: In-office, CPH

Teton is building the foundational data layer for the point of care, using real-time, multimodal AI to generate a digital twin of the patient and care environment. Our product alleviates administrative inefficiencies and observational tasks that overburden healthcare professionals, enabling them to provide better patient care.

Through a combination of in-room hardware, AI, and desktop and mobile applications, Teton helps create a seamless healthcare experience for both patients and providers. Our solution provides unprecedented access to real-time data insights, creating a digital twin of patient states and care delivery that empowers healthcare providers with actionable intelligence for optimal decision-making.

As Software Intern you will be working across our software stack, based on your qualifications and interests you will be focusing on specific parts. Key areas of our stack

• AI sensing (Python, Pytorch, Rust)

• Fleet management (Rust, MQTT)

• Backend (SQL, Postgres, Clickhouse, Typescript, MQTT)

• Product & Internal tooling (React/React Native, Typescript, SQL)

You will be working as an equal part of our engineering team. You will excel on this team if you thrive on autonomy and enjoy the freedom (and responsibility) of driving your own projects from concept to completion.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field of study.

• Experience with above technologies.

• Excitement about learning, creating real world impact and working more than 9-17.

• Experience in data structures and algorithms

• A demonstrated understand of system design principles including scalability and maintainability

• The ability to write clean, well-documented code and debug for performance and reliability

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

• Autonomy and resourcefulness to drive solutions from initially ambiguous requirements
