Provide Tier 1 product support by monitoring channels, responding to users, triaging and resolving issues, creating tickets, escalating complex problems, validating installations, monitoring device status, and routing source-trigger events. The role follows structured SOPs, supports healthcare facility staff, coordinates with Customer Success, Engineering, Deployment, and Product teams, and includes overnight coverage and alternating weekend shifts.

Own and scale Teton’s information security and GRC function, including the ISMS, ISO 27001 certification, Vanta compliance automation, customer security assurance, risk management, and trust center development. Coordinate IT security operations, vendor reviews, incident response, access management, and security awareness. Lead readiness for Cyber Essentials, NHS requirements, NIS2, the Cyber Resilience Act, and healthcare and AI regulatory expectations.

Design and develop reliable electronics for edge computing and AI-driven healthcare devices. Responsibilities include schematic and PCB design, certification compliance, prototyping, testing, debugging, automated test scripting, and collaboration with manufacturers to move PCBs from prototype through mass production. The engineer will also integrate hardware with firmware, software, and mechanical systems while designing for reliability, robustness, and maintainability.

Design and develop hardware for AI-driven patient monitoring, owning mechanical engineering from concept through mass production. Responsibilities include creating mechanical solutions, integrating PCBAs and sensors, collaborating with industrial design and electrical engineering, managing vendors and tooling, supporting DFM/DFA, executing reliability testing, and conducting failure analysis. The role requires hands-on prototyping, manufacturing experience, overseas supply-chain collaboration, and expertise in 3D CAD.

Own Teton’s enterprise sales cycle and go-to-market expansion across senior living and skilled nursing operators. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, industry event participation, pipeline development, CRM forecasting, stakeholder engagement, and closing complex, high-value SaaS deals. The role partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape the company’s U.S. commercial strategy.

Manage day-to-day finance operations including month/quarter/year-end close, reconciliations, AP/AR, VAT and audit preparation. Drive process optimization and internal controls, produce reporting and variance analysis versus forecasts, and support financial analysis in a fast-growing startup environment.

Own end-to-end delivery of multi-site healthcare device deployments from contract signature to operational go-live. Plan rollouts, allocate and hire field resources, coordinate customers, internal teams and vendors, monitor deployment data and device health, visit sites, escalate issues, and maintain customer relationships across facility and executive levels. Frequent nationwide travel required.

Support and manage relationships with REITs, PE firms, and institutional owners by producing recurring analytic reporting, shaping the Portfolio Intelligence product, running account operations, and using data to expand Teton’s footprint across partner portfolios.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to senior living executives using LinkedIn, email, phone and AI-driven methods; build early-stage C-suite relationships; prepare tailored outreach and pipeline plans; track activity in CRM; support conferences and follow-up; contribute to GTM initiatives and market research to drive U.S. East Coast expansion.

Lead and grow Teton's U.S. net-new senior living sales organization (BDRs and AEs). Optimize commercial cadence, pipeline, forecasting, CRM governance, and team performance. Act as a hands-on deal leader for strategic enterprise opportunities, recruit and develop sales talent, refine go-to-market strategy, and represent Teton at industry events. Support scaling across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB operators.

Build and scale backend infrastructure ingesting real-time streams from edge devices, design event-driven pipelines, APIs, databases and MQTT communication, and improve reliability, observability, performance, and cloud deployments for a healthcare platform.

Develop and maintain a 24/7 React Native mobile app for care facilities. Own features end-to-end, ensure real-time alert reliability, debug push notifications and ANRs, work on backend infrastructure, build automated E2E tests, and improve developer tooling and shared components.

Own end-to-end product initiatives for a B2B care delivery product used in senior living: discover, scope, prioritize, ship, run pilots, define success metrics, and work closely with field customers, sales, and engineering to drive adoption.

Lead and scale Teton's digital growth engine by owning email, website, and paid media channels. Design growth experiments, manage lifecycle and campaign email programs, optimize website conversion, run paid media and demand tests, build marketing infrastructure tied to CRM and reporting, and collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content to turn launches into measurable pipeline-driving programs.

Develop and execute a US-focused marketing strategy that generates demand and supports sales. Build integrated campaigns (email, paid, content, events, ABM), enable sales with assets and case studies, coordinate PR and partnerships, measure performance in HubSpot, and localize product positioning for the US senior living market.

Own expansion and renewal revenue for assigned UK provider accounts, converting pilots into multi-site rollouts. Build business cases, engage senior stakeholders, lead executive reviews, navigate UK clinical and budgetary decision processes, and coordinate with BD, Customer Success, and Delivery. Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and represent Teton at customer meetings and industry events.

Lead and scale Teton's Europe sales organisation across Nordics, UK&I, and DACH. Own commercial operations, pipeline, forecasting, CRM governance, and go-to-market strategy. Act as hands-on deal leader on major tenders and enterprise deals, open new European markets, recruit and develop commercial leadership, and represent Teton at industry events.

Provide Tier 1 support: monitor regional support channels, respond to inbound messages, triage and categorize tickets (Detection, App, Connectivity, Desktop, Hardware), perform device monitoring and install validation, and escalate well-documented issues to CS, Engineering, Deployment, or Product per SOPs.
