Support the CEO and Operations Director with travel, calendars, and inbox management; triage communications; coordinate board prep, OKRs, and town halls; close cross-team loose ends; identify operational bottlenecks and risks.

Own end-to-end delivery of multi-site healthcare device deployments from contract signature to operational go-live. Plan rollouts, allocate and hire field resources, coordinate customers, internal teams and vendors, monitor deployment data and device health, visit sites, escalate issues, and maintain customer relationships across facility and executive levels. Frequent nationwide travel required.

Manage day-to-day finance operations including month/quarter/year-end close, reconciliations, AP/AR, VAT and audit prep. Drive process optimization, internal controls, reporting, compliance and FP&A, delivering variance analysis and financial insights. Partner with external accounting providers and support strategic steering of the business.

Work as a software engineering intern across the stack (AI sensing, fleet management, backend, product tooling). Contribute to projects using Python, PyTorch, Rust, TypeScript, SQL, and React; design scalable systems, write reliable code, and drive features from concept to production during a summer internship.

Own Teton's IT backbone for internal systems and device connectivity at client sites. Manage networking/Wi‑Fi, MDM, IAM, compliance frameworks, and automate repetitive tasks to scale operations while supporting deployments and reliability.

Build and scale backend infrastructure ingesting real-time streams from edge devices, design event-driven pipelines, APIs, databases and MQTT communication, and improve reliability, observability, performance, and cloud deployments for a healthcare platform.

Develop and maintain a 24/7 React Native mobile app for care facilities. Own features end-to-end, ensure real-time alert reliability, debug push notifications and ANRs, work on backend infrastructure, build automated E2E tests, and improve developer tooling and shared components.

Investigate and resolve customer support tickets across devices, networking, backend services, databases, and mobile apps. Reproduce bugs, identify root causes, build fixes, collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering, and improve system reliability across hardware, cloud, and ML components.

Own end-to-end product initiatives for a B2B care delivery product used in senior living: discover, scope, prioritize, ship, run pilots, define success metrics, and work closely with field customers, sales, and engineering to drive adoption.
