Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will responsible for designing, developing and maintaining modern web applications. You will own the full stack, from building dynamic, responsive front-end interfaces to crafting scalable, high-performance backend services. You will leverage best practices and modern architectural patterns. You will play an active role in technical decision-making, problem-solving, and mentoring, ensuring high-quality, reliable solutions that meet user and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using C# and .NET Core/.NET 6+.

• Build dynamic and responsive web applications using Angular and TypeScript.

• Participate in architectural discussions, influencing technology and design decisions to ensure robust and scalable solutions

• Practice Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration to maintain code quality and system reliability.

• Collaborate daily through practices like paired programming, code reviews, and team stand-ups.

• Take ownership of application support and troubleshooting in production environments.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting strong engineering practices and professional growth.

• Actively contribute to backlog refinement, iteration planning, and retrospective meetings.

• Balance the use of new technologies with simple, maintainable solutions that serve customer needs.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 7+ years of professional experience developing full stack applications, primarily with C#, .NET and Angular technologies

Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL Server) and ORM frameworks

• Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices is a plus

• Deep knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns and best practices

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results

• Excellent communication, problem-solving ad collaboration skills

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely; however, candidates must reside in Mexico.
