We are looking for a skilled Python Developer of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications and backend services. The ideal candidate should have solid proficiency in Python programming, problem-solving abilities, and experience working in agile development environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and APIs
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
- Work with databases, cloud platforms, and automation tools
- Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Python Developer with AI/ML knowledge
- Solid knowledge in Python development, RAG model, Agentic AI workflow
- Good understanding of OOP concepts and data structures
- Good understanding with frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI
- Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Good understanding with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Proven good analytical and communication skills
