Software Engineer – Mobile (AI-Accelerated)

Jetpac, from Circles, is building a seamless way for travelers to stay connected globally. We offer eSIMs across 200+ destinations with a fast-growing consumer platform spanning web, mobile, and partner channels targeting the travel essentials segment.

Mobile development is changing rapidly with AI-assisted and agent-based development workflows. At Jetpac, we expect engineers to use these tools as a core part of how they build software. As a Mobile Engineer, you will build and scale Jetpac's Android and iOS applications using React Native, while owning features end-to-end from product and UX understanding through development, testing, release, and iteration.

This role is for engineers who:

• Work closely with Product and Design to build simple, polished mobile experiences

• Write and maintain automated tests, and use AI-assisted testing workflows to improve product quality

• Identify and resolve performance, reliability, and UX issues

• Improve existing features based on product data, user feedback, and production insights

• Work closely with backend engineers to build reliable end-to-end experiences

• 2–3 years of professional mobile software development experience

• Strong experience building production applications with React Native

• Experience shipping and maintaining both Android and iOS applications

• Experience with mobile APIs, state management, navigation, and native device capabilities

• Strong understanding of mobile performance, debugging, and automated testing

• Experience working with REST APIs and backend services

• Comfortable with Git, CI/CD, and modern development workflows

• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted or agent-based development workflows

• Ability to review, debug, test, and improve AI-generated code, not just generate it

• Some experience on UX principles and mobile interaction patterns

• Build new Jetpac mobile experiences across the eSIM discovery, purchase, activation, and management journey

• Improve key parts of the mobile experience to improve conversion and usability

• Build new product capabilities and integrations across the Jetpac ecosystem

• Improve app startup time, rendering performance, API efficiency, and reliability

• Build AI-assisted workflows that accelerate feature development, testing, and debugging
