We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our high-performing engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong full-stack engineer who is passionate about building secure, scalable software whilst embracing modern AI-enabled engineering practices.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end applications within a cloud-first architecture, applying automation, testing, and secure coding principles throughout the software development lifecycle.
This role plays a key part in our transition towards a DevSecOps culture, embedding quality, security, compliance, and automation earlier in the development lifecycle.
Alongside strong software engineering fundamentals, the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to leverage AI tools effectively, using them to improve productivity, automate development activities, and support intelligent decision-making without compromising quality, security, or accountability.Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain cloud-ready full-stack applications aligned with business and security requirements.
- Develop secure, maintainable and scalable software using modern engineering principles.
- Apply secure coding standards and industry best practices.
- Contribute to architecture and technical design discussions.
- Ensure software meets quality, security and performance standards.
- Develop and maintain unit, integration and API tests.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and optimisation using Azure DevOps.
