We seek a full-stack developer to help us build, maintain and improve existing, internally used web applications. In the ongoing upgrade project, our goal is to make the application more stable and maintainable, and to replace the old framework with modern, widely recognized ones. The perfect candidate is not afraid to touch old code, can see the big picture and is open to discussing improvement ideas.

Responsibilities- Take part in the BAU development tasks
- Designing, implementing, and delivering high-quality software solutions that conform to architectural standards
- Optimizing and refactoring existing code for improved reliability and performance
- Understand and rework/improve the existing codebase
- Advise improvements on the application and architectural level
- Testing, fine-tuning, and deploying new software features
- Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in Java development
- Understanding Java EE
- Experience in web development (JavaScript, HTML, JSP), familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js is a plus.
- Experience with Spring
- Experience with Oracle SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English

Skills Required
- MCA/BE/BTech/MTech/ME in Computer Science or related technical field from a reputed institution
- 2+ years of relevant work experience including large systems software development or client application development
- Experience programming in Java
- Experience with Oracle or MySQL
- Sound knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and other data storage solutions
- Experience working in Unix/Linux environments
- Fluency in English
- MCA/ME in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Experience programming Web and/or non-Web Java applications (Oracle/MySQL)
- Proficient in one or more scripting languages like Unix Shell
- Familiarity with Spring framework (Spring MVC)
- Experience with REST-based web services
- 1+ years of experience in Financial Services (brokerage, capital markets, investment banking)
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design
- Ability to perform under pressure and work within a global team
