Job Description
We are seeking a AI/ML Engineer with a strong technical foundation and hands-on AI/ML based product development experience to drive the development and deployment of GenAI & Agentic AI-powered solutions as part of the tooling for each phase of development life cycle.
In this role, you will work with tooling that defines the future of AI Evolution for Ways of Working for development phases, collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and DevOps teams for rollout and adoption of the tooling.

Key Responsibilities:
Build Agentic AI solutions using different tools for Ways of Working
Work with architects, SMEs across different teams to understand the nature of work, existing systems and practices to define the tooling
Work on POCs on roadmap items as new features and tools get released
Demo the solutions to required stakeholders for making the proposed solutions as part of organization ways of working with AI
Develop documentation & videos with teams to provide the reference for teams for adoption of the solutions
Play a role in working with different teams for rolling out the proposed AI solutions as an SME
Collaborate with other team members effectively to ensure adoption across organization and best in class/modern AI ways of working
Requirements:
BTech/BE, Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field.
3+ years of experience working with ML/AI
3+ years of strong experience on working on any of the technologies like Java, Go, .Net or Python
Practical experience on working with LLMs, AI Agents and Agentic AI.
Strong knowledge on MCPs and A2A protocols
Experience working with tools that help AI-Assisted development like GitHub Copilot, Claude code, etc.
Proven track record of delivering AI projects into production at scale, preferably in a SaaS/cloud infrastructure setting.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and be able to encourage the teams to adopt process defined
