What you’ll do

Apply basic principles of software engineering and follow instructions.

Easily absorb and apply new information.

Display a cooperative attitude and share knowledge.

Apply modern software development practices (serverless computing, microservices architecture, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, etc.)

Work across teams to integrate our systems with existing corporate product platforms

Work closely with our Product Owner and BAs over different requirements.

Produce clear and concise documentation for the software you create.

Maintain clean coding practices to ensure code readability and maintainability.

Constantly learn new tools.

Learn and understand the business purpose of things built.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
-
1+ experience with Java software programming experience
-
Experience using Spring Boot.
-
Experience building APIs.
-
Use of Git.
-
Use of REST API clients such as Bruno, Postman

Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Unit testing

Agile environments (e.g. Scrum, XP)

Atlassian tooling (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, and Github)

Developing with modern JDK (v1.7+)

Developing with Python

Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.

Computer Security Knowledge.
