Primary Responsibilities:
  • Understand business objectives and analyze, dissect system requirements and technical specifications
  • Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques; provide ongoing reports
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Acquire data from primary and secondary data sources and maintain databases and data systems
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets
  • Filter and clean data by reviewing reports, logs, and performance indicators to identify and correct issues
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
  • Demonstrate strong technical knowledge in product analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting
  • Show willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving product needs
  • Work independently with little or no supervision
  • Provide technical mentoring and troubleshooting support to team members
  • Understand design concepts and product architecture
  • Propose solutions for performance, scalability, and security issues
  • Identify process gaps and drive initiatives to address and close gaps
  • Partner with product owners and developers to improve efficiency and delivery effectiveness
  • Communicate ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to business and technical stakeholders
  • Participate in communities of practice to share knowledge, learn, and innovate
    Research, evaluate, and implement tools that support software delivery
  • Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements
  • Solve moderately complex problems and conduct moderately complex analyses
  • Leverage AI tools and technologies including Java, Python, Copilot, GenAI, and NLP
  • Drive innovation by integrating intelligent and AI-assisted solutions into engineering and business processes
  • Work effectively on less structured, complex technical issues
  • Serve as a technical resource and point of reference for others
  • Communicate and interact effectively with co-workers, management, and customers
  • Work with business analysts and developers to create and analyze project documentation
  • Comply with software development life cycle standards, strategies, and best practices
  • Adhere to employment terms, company policies, procedures, and organizational directives
  • Demonstrate flexibility with changes in work location, team assignments, shifts, and work arrangements as required by business needs

Required Qualifications:
  • B.Tech./MCA (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
  • Experience defining and analyzing multivariate tests
  • Experience or knowledge in query structured and unstructured data and perform exploratory data analysis for further advanced modeling
  • Proficient in Java, PLSQL , CI/CD, Spring Boot, Airflow, Python, Agentic AI
  • Understand the business requirements and can speak to different stake holders
  • Proven to be deeply analytical
  • Proven ability to lead the team technically and provide solutions

Skills Required

  • Ability to understand business requirements and communicate with stakeholders
  • Proven analytical ability and capability to lead the team technically and provide solutions
