Job Description
What you’ll do :
-
Document, discuss and resolve business, data, and reporting issues within the team, across multiple functional teams, and with business stakeholders.
-
Resolve escalated service requests regarding data and CRM Systems.
-
Manage basic system administration, modify page layouts, generate reports and dashboards, fields, ensure backups function correctly, and perform other routine tasks.
-
Manage user and license information, including new user setup/deactivation and creating roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
-
Debug & analyze the errors/issues that users are experiencing.
What experience you need :
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data management, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-
3+ years of work experience, including 1+ year of experience working directly with Salesforce orgs
-
Experience implementing and developing in Apex, Visualforce.
-
Strong attention to detail, and superior organizational skills
-
Highly organized; able to effectively prioritize and balance multiple efforts; detail-oriented
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify and summarize complex topics. Ability to be an active participant in various meetings
-
Advance knowledge of MS office Suite like Documents, Excel etc.

Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
-
Driven, friendly, approachable attitude

Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
-
Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide services.

Experience with tools like Data Loader or Salesforce Inspector etc.

Utilize Data Loader/DataLoader.io and Excel to conduct data clean ups, data uploads, and expediting of sales processes.

Valid Cloud Certification is Mandatory
