This position will be hybrid from the Springfield, IL office. It is not a remote position.
The Software Engineer Developer III is a mid-level role that operates autonomously with broad impact across multiple systems and the IT division. This position is seen as an expert in design and development and leads some development initiatives.
- Provide consultation as the team’s technical and system subject matter expert on several business systems.
- Responsible for application analysis, tuning and measurement to ensure appropriate performance, reliability and quality SLAs
- Collaborate with the user community to design, develop and implement technology solutions across multiple business functions; leads other software engineers to accomplish
- Mentor and coach others
- Proficient in all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
- Adept development knowledge in applicable programming languages and/or superior knowledge of web design languages, scripting tools and protocols.
Job Requirements:
- College degree in computer science or other technical field required or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years of experience in analysis, design, and programming with C#
- 3 years experience working with medium to complex assignments and structures
- Minimum of 3 years working with .NET Framework and SQL. Experience with VB.NET and Azure DevOps preferred
Pay Range:
$79,300.00 - $124,500.00
Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
