Description:
SABRE2 is the software development toolchain at the heart of Sabre’s tech transformation and desire to adopt a more agile, global, and cloud-centric engineering mindset.
All aspects of the SABRE2 software creation process work in concert to deliver committed code to production frequently, safely, securely, and in a repeatable, predictable fashion.

Responsibilities:
· Ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the SABRE2 system by performing regular maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and implementing necessary updates and patches. This includes monitoring system performance, identifying potential problems, and taking proactive measures to prevent disruptions.
· Facilitate the onboarding process for new users of the SABRE2 system. This involves creating and updating user guides, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure that new users are comfortable and proficient with the system. Additionally, gather feedback from users to improve the onboarding experience and address any concerns.
· Training other teams to run their products using our Platform,
Acting as a technical consultant and advocate for the SABRE2
· Participating in the Open Source products evaluation, analysis, configuration according to the Sabre requirements
· Utilizing Agile to deliver high-quality, reactive solutions, with a keen eye for scalability and reliability
· Applying fundamental skills, concepts, and practices to solve difficult assignments
Job Requirements
· Proven experience with containerization-based technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes / GKE
· Experience with scripting capabilities (Bash)
· Experience with a programming language of choice (Java, C++, Python/Go)
· Familiarity with Cloud Native Applications design patterns and best practices
· Experience in Continuous Integration (e.g. Maven), Continuous Delivery (e.g. GitHub Actions/ Pipelines)
· Experience with Bazel and Nix
· Experience in Agile and DevOps culture
· Positive attitude, attention to detail, a team player, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong work ethic
· Good English communication skills
Must have
Miniumum 2 years in Bazel and Nix
Additional assets:
· Experience with IaaS / SaaS platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure.
· Experience with Linux/Unix
