We seek a hands-on engineer with deep expertise in Java, microservices, and cloud-native architectures, who is excited to solve complex problems and deliver measurable value for our customers. Job Description
What you’ll do
Design, develop, and operate large-scale, cloud-native data platform and analytics SaaS services.
Write production-quality code (hands-on coding >90% of the time) using modern Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
Build and maintain real-time stream processing systems and scalable data solutions.
Develop and deploy microservices and analytics SaaS offerings on AWS or other public clouds.
Own the end-to-end CI/CD process, ensuring rapid, reliable, and secure delivery of services.
Champion scalability, availability, and data security for all services you own.
Triage and resolve code defects, maintaining high standards for secure and reliable code.
Collaborate in an agile, fast-paced environment, contributing to a culture of curiosity, innovation, and responsible use of AI.

What you’ll bring
Required:
Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
6+ years of hands-on software development experience.
Strong command of Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and multithreading.
Experience deploying applications on AWS or other public cloud platforms.
Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and building performance-optimized systems.
Experience with relational databases, Redshift, or other scalable data stores.
Understanding of distributed systems concepts (consistency, availability, durability, reliability, fault-tolerance, consensus algorithms).
Ability to work collaboratively in an agile, fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning.
Preferred:
Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks like React.js or Angular.
Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
Experience with analytics SaaS solutions and real-time stream processing systems.
