OverviewThe Global Services engineering team is responsible for building services and user-centric web apps to automate and streamline the use of Seismic. As a software engineer on our geographically distributed team you will design, test, and frequently ship high quality code spanning a wide range of projects. We are looking for generalists comfortable with lots of moving pieces, learning new technologies and systems, and experience applying feedback to rapidly iterate.
Who you are:- A focus on building excellent user experiences with close attention to detail
- Experience maintaining a high level of software quality without spending increasing amounts of time maintaining tests
- Solid design and programming skills in C#
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based solutions.
- Engineering skills to consistently uphold best practices in security, reliability, and design
- The perseverance to debug complex problems across the whole stack
- The ability to converse with the customer occasionally and get to the bottom of their needs
- Experience with AI Agents or basic AI Agent logic, understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, or agent workflows is a plus.
- Create and own end-to-end solutions integrating a wide range of systems, technologies, and processes
- Collaborate with a diverse group of experts in solutions architecture, operations, and other engineering teams to delight internal and external users

- Crafting and refining onboarding experiences
- Intuitive data exploration tools
- Integrating datastores, content repositories, and management systems with the Seismic platform
- Building a distributed job queue
