Software Engineer II - Systems & Processes

Qualtrics is seeking a Software Engineer II in our Mexico City office to support our Digital Success team in creating exceptional digital-first customer experiences. Things You’ll Do
- Utilize technologies such as Typescript, React, Node, NestJS, Aurora MySQL, S3, and PHP to develop web-based solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Implement new features and optimize existing ones to enhance performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback to refine development.
- Attend design meetings, collaborate with peers, and prioritize features to drive an effective development process.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- Proven experience collaborating with design and product teams to transform user needs into innovative features.
- Demonstrated ability to develop scalable, fast, and robust web-based solutions using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and coding best practices.
- Experience with continuous delivery, Git, test automation, and build/deploy systems.
- Background in building large-scale web applications or distributed services, particularly high-performance RESTful services.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a full-stack web engineering role.
What You Should Know About This Team
We are a group of talented and passionate engineers who are working on developing new products within the Qualtrics platform that enable advanced customer success capabilities. The Digital Success engineering team owns a suite of full-stack services that Qualtrics customers rely upon for exceptional self-service product support, license management, and self-learning. The Digital Success engineering team also maintains a large CMS integration that houses the Qualtrics Support knowledge base.
Our engineers collaborate closely with their Digital Success team business counterparts to create exceptional digital experiences for our customers. The Digital Success team consists of product managers, content designers, and program managers focused on ensuring our customers have the digital success and networking resources that enable them to maximize the power of the XM Platform.
