What You'll do:
We are seeking an SAP S/4HANA ABAP Developer with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our SAP technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions and enhancements using ABAP in an SAP S/4HANA environment. You will collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient and scalable technical solutions. A good understanding of modern SAP development paradigms such as CDS Views, AMDP is expected. Experience with FIORI is an added advantage.
Mandatory Skills :
- Strong hands-on experience in ABAP, including:
- Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP)
- BAPI, BADI and Enhancement Techniques
- Adobe Forms
- Experience in S/4HANA-specific development:
- OData services in SAP Gateway
- Core Data Services (CDS) Views
- ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP)
- Good understanding of performance tuning and debugging techniques.
What you bring:
- Design, develop, and implement ABAP-based solutions, enhancements, reports, and interfaces in SAP S/4HANA.
- Develop and optimize CDS Views, AMDP based applications for custom business needs.
- Work on enhancements using BADI, BAPI, User Exits, and Enhancement Framework.
- Develop and manage Adobe Forms.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and deliver quality solutions.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting of technical issues.
- Stay up to date with SAP S/4HANA innovations and development tools.
- Support the delivery of Proof of Concepts (POCs) to evaluate new technologies where applicable.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in Agile teams.
