What We'll Bring:
We are seeking a Salesforce CPQ Engineer to join our Buy journey scrum team supporting our CRM program. Play a key role in implementing and maintaining solutions to streamline and enhance our pricing and quoting process. Help deliver world-class functionality to our Sales, Pricing and Solutions teams with a focus on ensuring consistency across the globe.What You'll Bring:
- Configure, develop as applicable and test Salesforce CPQ functionality tied to the goals and priorities of the Pricing process to help enhance the Customer Experience.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM by implementing robust validation and error-handling mechanisms.
- Help guide the product owner on Salesforce CPQ capabilities, highlighting the pros and cons of specific implementation options to align on the best solution for achieving business needs.
- Provide support by executing code deployments, working tickets and addressing queries from the product manager and/or owner.
- Actively participate in all ceremonies to provide status of stories, help validate business need and expected outcomes are clearly defined, estimates are established and the goals are understood and achievable.
- Adhere to best practices, proactively identifying value-add changes to bring improvements.
Impact You'll Make:
- 3+ years of experience working on Salesforce within the Sales cloud as an admin
Experience with
- Force.com platform (examples include: Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Unit testing) (Required)
- Salesforce CPQ (Required)
- Agile development methodologies such as SAFe or SCRUM (Required)
- Relational databases, data modeling and ETL tools (Preferred)
- Proficient listening and communication skills with strong technical aptitude
- A team player with a high level of accountability, a proactive approach and ease with change and ambiguity.
- Ability to manage time effectively, deep problem solving and analytical skills
- Aptitude to learn and take advantage of new concepts, tools, managed packages and/or related technologies required to meet the needs of the business and/or organization.
- Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development
