Process Overview*

The Employee Experience Technology Team delivers robust technology, platforms, and engineering services to provide efficient and scalable solutions that promote business growth across multiple lines of business within the Bank. DevEx represents a vital component of EET, supporting CICD pipelines, AI platform engineering, security solutions, and work and change management platforms. These platforms empower employees to accomplish business objectives by providing software solutions that adhere to established change governance standards.

Job Description*

Experienced web application specialist with ability to design and build complex web applications. Serve as the technical subject matter expert and mentor junior team members on best practices, design patterns, code reviews and coding standards. Should have strong problem-solving skills and must be able to challenge/contribute ideas in the technical discussions.

Responsibilities*

• Design, develop, and enhance user interfaces for complex Angular-Dot Net based web applications.
• Participate in story refinement and requirement definition.
• Architect and implement scalable application components.
• Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate ideas and mitigate technical risks.
• Write and execute unit tests; ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across geographies.
• Conduct sprint demos and present deliverables to stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance, resolve complex issues, and coach team members on coding standards and best practices.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the application supported.

Requirements*

Education*

• B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech, M.Sc., or MCA in Computer Science or related field.

Experience Range*

6 - 8 years

Foundational skills*

• Design and implement complex web application logic using Dot Net, C#
• Ability to develop single page web applications using Angular
• Develop ETL scripts using SSIS
• SQL Server DB Query, Stored Procedure and query tuning.
• Oracle PLSQL Store procedure, query optimization.
• Proven troubleshooting & issues resolution skills
• Ability to analyze & communicate root cause and resolution steps
• Strong verbal & written communication skills

Desired skills

• TypeScript for strongly typed Angular applications.
• NgRx for state management.
• Dependency injection
• Hooks and advanced lifecycle management.
• Performance optimization techniques for large-scale DotNet and Angular applications.
• Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with Microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of any CICD platform and OpenShift Container based deployment.
• Preferred: Experience with Kafka or other event-streaming/messaging platforms, including producers, consumers, topics, event-driven integration patterns, and troubleshooting.

Work Timings*

• 11.00 AM to 08.00 PM IST (Need to be flexible as per business need).
