As a Software Engineer II at JPMorgan Chase in Global Technology Asset Management, you will enhance, build, deliver, and operate firmwide technology solutions. You will design and develop secure, high quality full stack software while applying strong problem solving skills across diverse technologies and applications. You will collaborate closely with partners in an agile environment to translate complex needs into reliable systems. You will own your work through production, helping ensure operational stability and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify problems, propose solutions, and execute software design, development, operations, and technical troubleshooting.
- Develop secure, high quality full stack production code, and review and debug code.
- Support the products you build through the full lifecycle, including production support and incident management.
- Analyze data to uncover hidden problems and patterns, and use insights to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
- Collaborate with teams to understand the functional requirements of existing complex business applications.
