The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Java Software Engineer to play a key role in designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications. In this role, you will contribute to hands-on development of complex systems, ensuring reliability and efficiency at every stage.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your expertise in Java, AWS, microservices, and RDS to build robust solutions that drive our success. Your ability to balance technical knowledge with a collaborative mindset will be essential in shaping the future of our engineering landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop: Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance
Java applications with a strong focus on microservices.
Cloud Solutions: Build and optimize cloud-based applications leveraging AWS services,
including ECS, EC2, SQS, DynamoDB, and RDS (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, DevOps engineers,
and key stakeholders to define system requirements and deliver impactful software solutions.
Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring system
efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Microservices Expertise: Design, develop, and deploy resilient, fault-tolerant microservices
that support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Java Expertise: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, including J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate.
Cloud Proficiency: Experience with AWS services such as ECS, EC2, and RDS.
Database Expertise: Understanding of relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL) with experience in database design, scaling, and optimization.
Microservices Architecture: Experience designing and developing microservices using Spring Boot, Docker, and Elastic Container Services.
API Development: Experience in designing and consuming GraphQL and REST APIs for scalable and efficient communication between services.
Build & Dependency Management: Proficiency in Maven/Gradle for dependency management and project build automation.
Caching & Performance Optimization: Experience with Redis for caching, session management, and performance improvements.
Problem-Solving Mindset: A keen analytical thinker with the ability to debug, optimize, and enhance complex applications.
Cloud-Native Development: Hands-on experience building and deploying applications in AWS environments.
DevOps & CI/CD Knowledge: Proficiency in GitHub/GitLab and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business and technical success.
SDLC – Proficient in utilizing JIRA and actively participating in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
Education & Experience: A degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent real-world experience.
