About the Role
You’ll build high-quality user interfaces using React and TypeScript, collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams. You’ll contribute to our component system, implement responsive and accessible UI, and ship reliable features that power global payroll and compliance workflows.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain frontend features using React and TypeScript.
Build reusable UI components following established design system guidelines.
Implement responsive and accessible UI based on product and design specifications.
Write unit tests and participate in integration testing.
Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs into user interfaces.
Debug and resolve UI defects across browsers and devices.
Follow frontend coding standards and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and apply feedback effectively.
Take ownership of assigned features and deliver high-quality UI implementations.
Develop an understanding of product workflows and user impact.
Requirements
1+ year of professional frontend experience.
Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
Familiarity with modern CSS practices (Tailwind or equivalent).
Basic understanding of component-driven architecture.
Awareness of frontend performance fundamentals.
Understanding of Git-based workflows.
Strong attention to detail in UI implementation.
Willingness to learn accessibility and frontend optimization techniques.
Ability to take initiative within defined scope.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
