Job DescriptionWe are urgently looking for a skilled Golang Engineer with 3 to 6 years of professional experience to join our backend engineering team. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in designing, building, and optimizing scalable backend systems using Go. You will work closely with cross functional teams to deliver high performance services that support real world digital products. This is an urgent position and we aim to hire within one week.
- Backend Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and microservices using Go.
- API and Service Architecture: Build and maintain RESTful or gRPC based APIs and backend services that interact with databases, internal platforms, and third party systems.
- Concurrency and Performance Engineering: Write efficient and concurrent programs using goroutines, channels, and Go’s built in concurrency patterns. Optimize services for high throughput and low latency.
- Database Design and Optimization: Work with relational and non relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis. Design schemas, write optimized queries, and ensure data consistency and performance.
- System Design and Architecture: Participate in designing scalable architectures, distributed systems, and event driven workflows. Ensure robustness, security, and maintainability.
- Code Quality and Testing: Write clean, idiomatic Go code with proper documentation. Implement unit tests, integration tests, and participate in code reviews.
- Performance Monitoring, Security, and Debugging: Use logs, tracing, and monitoring tools to identify bottlenecks, debug production issues, and ensure system reliability.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps, QA, Product Managers, and other

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Four to six years of professional experience building production systems using Go.
- Strong understanding of Go’s concurrency model, goroutines, channels, and memory management.
- Experience building RESTful APIs or gRPC based services.
- Solid understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and event driven patterns.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or other database systems.
- Familiarity with message queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS is a plus.
- Experience with containers, Kubernetes, CI or CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong grasp of software design patterns, clean code principles, and secure coding practices.
- Excellent debugging skills, problem solving ability, and communication skills.
- Ability to join immediately will be considered a strong advantage.
