We are now looking for an Account Manager to secure short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive business development based on a fundamental understanding of the customer's business, operations and objectives. Actively manage and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end-to-end solutions allowing seamless transition from sales to operations. Develop both internal and external relationships in order to actively contribute to making customers and Ericsson successful. This job role could be focused on selling a specific part of the portfolio, a specific part of the customer's business/technology area and/or geography.
What you will do:
- Mobilize and manage internal resources effectively to design and sell comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
- Formulate and drive account sales strategies.
- Smoothly transition from sales to operations, ensuring seamless implementation and execution.
- Cultivate and foster both internal and external relationships to positively contribute to the success of our customers and Ericsson.
- Innovatively create strategies that result in customer expansion and business growth.
- Actively engage in market analysis, understanding the current trends to guide business decisions.
- Mitigate business risks through effective and strategic management practices.
- Ensure compliance with Ericsson's policies, security, and delivery standards.
To be successful in the role you must have:
- Education: Bachelor degree is required; Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Min 8 years of job experience in ICT industry. Experience in relationship sales is preferred.
- Domain experience: RAN, Core, Cloud, BSS, OSS etc.
- Consultative selling skills, commercial understanding and critical thinking.
- Proven ability to gain customer and market insight.
- Effective negotiation and influence skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams.
