Manages HR operations and the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, recruitment, performance management, payroll coordination, employee relations, records, compliance, engagement, and workforce planning. Develops HR policies and processes, prepares workforce analytics and reports, supports compensation and organizational development, and partners with leadership to strengthen employee experience and workplace culture. The role is on-site across Bangladesh and requires knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law.

Prepares and manages end-to-end IT tenders and proposals, including RFP, RFQ, EOI, technical, financial, methodology, implementation, SOW, project plan, and compliance documents. Analyzes requirements, coordinates inputs from technical and commercial teams, conducts market research, maintains reusable proposal content, manages deadlines and approvals, supports client clarifications and presentations, and reviews submissions for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and compliance.

Responsible for acquiring clients, generating and converting leads, managing the full business development cycle, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets. The role includes client meetings, presentations, proposal preparation, negotiations, onboarding, after-sales support, relationship management, market research, pipeline reporting, and collaboration with engineering, product, marketing, and delivery teams. Candidates need IT industry experience, strong professional networks, excellent communication skills in English and Bengali, and experience with enterprise technology clients.

Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js. Translate UI/UX designs into accessible interfaces, integrate RESTful APIs, optimize performance, and ensure cross-browser compatibility. Write maintainable code, participate in reviews, debug issues, and collaborate with product, backend, design, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.

Develop and maintain Laravel/PHP backend systems, build RESTful APIs, design and optimize relational databases, ensure system scalability and security, implement tests and CI/CD, integrate third-party services, and collaborate with product, frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver features on schedule.

Execute manual and automated tests for web and mobile apps, create and maintain test plans/cases, validate APIs and backend data, log and track defects, contribute to automation frameworks and CI integration, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure release quality.
