Embedded Software Engineer
About the Role
As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will develop production-ready embedded firmware for our Data Center and Energy products. You'll build complete applications integrating measurement algorithms, communication protocols, and system services
Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop embedded firmware for data center and energy products
  • Integrate measurement algorithms with hardware peripherals (ADC, timers, DMA, communication interfaces)
  • Develop with RTOS (Zephyr, FreeRTOS) - task management, synchronization, interrupt handling
  • Implement device drivers, bootloaders, and firmware update mechanisms
  • Use AI coding assistants to accelerate development and debugging

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in embedded software development

Must Have Skills

  • C/C++ Programming: Proficient programming skills with ability to develop efficient code for embedded applications
  • Microcontroller Experience: Practical knowledge of microcontroller programming and basic device drivers
  • RTOS Concepts: Basic understanding of real-time operating system principles and implementation
  • Debugging Tools: Knowledge of debugging techniques and tools for embedded systems
  • Version Control: Experience with collaborative development using version control systems
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to diagnose and resolve software issues independently
  • AI Development Workflow: Comfortable using AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) for development
  • Communication: Effective skills in technical documentation and team collaboration
