As a Software Engineer, you'll help build the real-time systems that power everything from internal tools to customer-facing experiences. You'll work across the full stack in an event-driven microservice and microfrontend architecture, contributing to features that go live quickly and make an immediate impact. What You'll Do
- Contribute to fullstack feature development in close collaboration with senior engineers.
- Write clean, reliable, and well-tested code that supports scalable systems.
- Join architecture and design discussions to understand tradeoffs and priorities.
- Use observability tools to troubleshoot issues and monitor system health.
- Support deployment and on-call workflows to ensure reliability of team-owned systems.
- Apply feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and continuously grow your skills.
- Work as part of a team that prioritizes speed, quality, and continuous learning.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Software Engineer using languages such as C# or Java, React, and TypeScript.
- Strong foundation in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and core algorithms.
- Confidence working across both front-end and back-end layers in distributed, cloud-based architectures.
- Curiosity about how systems work under the hood and an interest in architecture beyond your own code.
- A sense of ownership, a willingness to ask for help, and the drive to keep improving your craft.
- Openness to feedback and a collaborative spirit that elevates the team.
