About Our Team
As a Fullstack Engineer in the Merchant Fraud Prevention group, you will build and maintain fraud detection and mitigation features across both frontend and backend systems. Working alongside product managers, designers, and data teams, you will turn product requirements into merchant-facing interfaces and backend services. You will deliver end-to-end features, write clean code across the full stack, and help improve the overall fraud prevention platform.
What You'll Do:
- Design, build, and deploy frontend features across the Merchant Fraud Prevention group, including risk profile configuration, rule builders, analytics dashboards and case management tools.
- Work across the full stack, with backend work focused on small features, bug fixes, and implementing and exposing APIs for frontend consumption.
- Design, implement and maintain component libraries as part of a comprehensive design system.
- Ensure web applications meet accessibility standards and support a global customer base providing the best possible user experience.
Who You Are:
- You’re a Software Engineer with 4 or more years of experience in JavaScript and TypeScript; deep familiarity with Vue.js is strongly preferred.
- Experience in fullstack environments, including reading and contributing to backend API layers and writing performant SQL queries; familiarity with Java or other statically-typed backend languages, and with database schema changes, including larger migrations requiring team alignment, is a plus.
- Expertise in designing and using component libraries, including defining and implementing design systems.
- Working experience with micro-frontend architectures and building highly scalable frontend solutions.
- Strong understanding of Software Engineering fundamentals, including testing practices (unit, integration, and end-to-end), CI/CD pipelines, and an interest in building reliable, maintainable systems

Adyen (ADYEN:AMS) is the financial technology platform of choice for leading companies. By providing end-to-end payments capabilities, data-driven insights, and financial products in a single global solution, Adyen helps businesses achieve their ambitions faster. Why Work With Us
At Adyen, everything we do is engineered for ambition. We started with payments, at a time when providers offered services based on a patchwork of systems built on outdated infrastructure. Ambition demanded more. So we set off to build a financial technology platform for the modern era, entirely in-house, from the ground up.
