You will be a key member of our small but impactful engineering metrics team, responsible for developing and maintaining cutting-edge software applications across our tech stack. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to bring ideas to life and solve complex problems. We're looking for a self-starter and problem-solver who's excited about using technology to make a real-world impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Node.js, Angular (or a similar framework), and other modern technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
  • Strong proficiency in Angular v2+, Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Experience with Git and Jira for version control and project management.
  • Passion for building developer tools and improving engineering efficiency.
  • Data-driven mindset and a love for using metrics to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and solve problems with minimal supervision.

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $102,100 -- $197,100 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location. 

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
