Your Impact
As a Software Engineer, you will join us at a groundbreaking time to rethink and reinvent technology solutions for a Fortune 100 enterprise. You will build and implement full-stack features, maintain business-critical applications at scale, and apply a security-first demeanor to every solution. By working with the latest technologies, you will deliver high-quality outcomes for internal partners while participating in observability, solving, and continuous improvement. Your work will guide how our employees handle real estate, utilities, and capital projects, driving efficiency and innovation across the company.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or top of 2 years of equivalent experience in relevant field.
Experience building and shipping software using TypeScript and React (or equivalent modern SPA frameworks) and experience with Python for web or service development.
Good track record to invent, consume, and test REST APIs with a shown understanding of HTTP request/response contracts and authentication patterns. Shown experience with relational databases and SQL, including mapping business data to application models
Excellent written and verbal English skills, with outstanding interpersonal abilities and a talent for translating technical information for diverse partners
You are able to live and work in Poland with no additional VISA sponsorship from Cisco.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong collaborative demeanor with the ability to work efficiently in global, multi-functional, and agile environments.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
Familiarity with innovative development practices such as automated testing (Cypress/Playwright), CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with use of AI assisted development - eg Cursor / Co Pilot for GitHub / Windsurf / Claude Code

Skills Required
