Role Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that support our business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient applications while following best practices in software development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and maintain software applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best coding practices.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure software security, data protection, and compliance with company standards.

Required QualificationsTechnical Skills:
  • Strong programming skills in Java
  • Experience with modern frameworks and development tools e.g.Spring Boot
  • Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
  • Understanding of cloud services and deployment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Kanban).
Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.
Education & Experience:
  • Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in software development (internships or full-time) is a plus but not required for junior roles.
