Software Engineer ( Azure, Devops)

• This pivotal role will shape our DevOps strategy and ensure seamless integration of development and operations activities.

What You'll Do:

• Design and implement scalable DevOps solutions that align with business objectives and technological needs.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate cutting-edge tools and technologies to enhance CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure management, and automation processes.
• Lead the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using industry-standard tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment, ensuring rapid and reliable software delivery.
• Collaborate with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) to optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost-efficiency, and security.
• Implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively address performance issues and ensure high system availability.
• Work closely with security teams to enforce best practices and compliance with industry standards.
• Create documentation, guidelines, and conduct training sessions to empower teams in adopting DevOps best practices and tools.
• Foster positive and collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced environment.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven track record in software engineering, ideally transitioning from Software Engineer to Software Architect within the past 3-4 years.
• Strong experience with Jenkins, Git Actions, GitHub, Ansible, Python, and scripting languages.
• Demonstrated experience designing, building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise cloud solutions (Azure preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of cloud-native architecture, distributed microservices, multi-tenant SaaS solutions, cloud scalability, performance, and high availability.
• Understanding of secure architectures, secure configuration, identity management, monolithic applications, and Lift & Shift deployments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for knowledge sharing and teamwork.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in cloud solution design, deployment, and management (Azure preferred).
• Experience transitioning from Software Engineer to Software Architect.
