Every year, companies all over the United States file billions of dollars in insurance claims related to founder, management, and shareholder liability. Shareholders and employees file these claims whenever they are involved in different types of litigation such as harassment, wrongful termination, incorrect classification of employees, ownership disputes, and many more.
At Anzen, we are building the first insurance product of its kind – management insurance paired with a platform that helps companies prevent management liability risks.
