Skills Required
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- 6-9 years total professional work experience.
- Proficiency in Golang (primary) and experience with Java.
- Strong PostgreSQL experience including performance optimization and scaling.
- Experience with Docker and containerization.
- Strong systems knowledge of Linux kernel internals, cgroups, and namespaces.
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD).
- Design and develop scalable, resilient Kubernetes-based SaaS enterprise applications.
- Experience with distributed microservices architecture.
- Experience with messaging technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Experience implementing security for microservices; knowledge of authentication protocols.
- Familiarity with authorization models and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Experience with web/service frameworks (gRPC, RESTful APIs).
- Design persistence layers for microservices using ORMs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud infrastructure/services (network, storage, IAM, cloud functions).
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Fluent) is a plus.
