Location: This position is based on-site in Moscow, Idaho, and requires five days per week in the office. We will consider only candidates who currently live locally or are willing to relocate.

Major Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand requirements and develop effective software solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable software using established coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug software to improve reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback to peers, and incorporate feedback into your own work.
- Document code, features, systems, and processes to support collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Apply software testing principles and methodologies throughout the development process.
- Work with relevant programming languages and technologies, such as TypeScript, Python, Go, or Rust.
- Work with databases, including SQL and NoSQL technologies, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS or similar platforms.
- Use modern development tools and practices, including Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and agentic development tools and workflows.
- Continuously develop technical knowledge and apply new learning to improve software, processes, and development practices.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent education, training, or practical experience.
- Demonstrated software engineering capability gained through professional experience, internships, coursework, projects, or other hands-on technical work. We encourage candidates ranging from recent graduates to those with 2+ years of professional experience to apply.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, algorithms, and software testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as TypeScript, Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with databases, cloud infrastructure, and modern software development practices.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Experience with web development frameworks and technologies, such as React, Angular, or Node.js, is a plus.
