Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Candidates without Bachelors degrees will require an additional 4 years of software engineering experience.
Minimum of twelve (12) years of software engineering experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
Experience developing Java enterprise applications using Spring Boot or similar modern frameworks.
Experience developing RESTful APIs and working with relational databases such as MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar technologies.
Experience with container technologies (Docker or Podman), Kubernetes, or other modern application deployment platforms.
Experience working in Agile development environments using Git-based source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices.
Experience developing Angular or other modern web applications.
Experience with microservices architecture, application modernization, or cloud-native software development.
Experience implementing GitLab CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps best practices.
Experience tuning SQL performance and supporting high-volume enterprise applications.
Experience using Jira and Confluence to support Agile software development.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills across application, database, and deployment technologies.
Experience supporting enterprise software within secure or classified environments.
