Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience (7+ years) in software development and team leadership.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java.
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and inspire your team.
- Experience with cloud technologies and CI/CD processes is a plus.
