Software Development Team Lead
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Development Team Lead with a strong Python background and leadership experience. In this role, you will lead a team of developers, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions while collaborating with product, QA, DevOps, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications in Python.
✔ Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with standards.

Requirements
Requirements:
🔹 5+ years of development experience, primarily in Python.
🔹 3+ years in a leadership or mentoring role.
🔹 Experience with microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), GraphQL, gRPC.
🔹 Knowledge of RESTful APIs, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
🔹 Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
🔹 Proficiency in English and Hebrew for customer-facing interactions.
