Partners with engineering, architecture, product management, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and cloud-native applications. Leads cross-functional teams developing modern applications using object-oriented programming languages such as Java or Go (Golang) or etc, modern frontend frameworks, microservices, cloud platforms, and DevSecOps practices. Oversees project planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery governance while promoting engineering excellence and continuous improvement. Drives Agile delivery, manages project dependencies, ensures effective collaboration across distributed teams, and enables the adoption of observability, automation, and engineering best practices to improve product quality and operational reliability.

Skills and Experience
10 -12+ years of experience in IT with 4-6+ years of experience managing enterprise application development projects.
• Experience delivering large-scale Full Stack Application Development projects using Java or Go (Golang) or similar OOPs based programming language.
• Experience managing projects involving modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Good understanding of backend application development, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis or etc.
• Experience managing cloud-native application delivery on AWS or similar other cloud providers.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with messaging platforms such as Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of observability platforms like OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Loki and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Splunk, or AppDynamics.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of full stack application development projects from initiation, design, HLTD, LLTD, through production deployment and post-production support.
• Define project scope, schedules, milestones, resource plans, budgets, and delivery roadmaps in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including application development, architecture, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, security, and product management.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, implement mitigation plans, and proactively communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery of scalable, error free code, good quality standards of coding practices, secure, and high-performing applications using Java or Go, modern frontend frameworks, cloud-native architectures, and microservices.
• Partner with engineering leads to ensure adherence to architectural standards, coding best practices, security guidelines, and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement observability practices using metrics, logging, distributed tracing, and APM tools to improve application reliability and operational visibility.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
• Mentor project teams, foster collaboration, remove delivery impediments, and cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
